Background

Erica obtained her Bachelor's degree in neuroscience at Dartmouth College, where she joined research labs studying music perception and visual attention. After working as a research assistant at the Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, she moved to Germany and began the Master's in Neuro-Cognitive Psychology program at the LMU München. While in the NCP program, she did clinical and basic visual search research before writing her Master's thesis at the Max Planck Institute for Psychiatry, using pupillometric measures to study autism spectrum disorder. She is looking forward to gaining further experience in the domains of social interactions and self-perception.
